Registration Fees

All delegates will be entitled to admission to the conference on each of the days and will receive a printed copy of the conference proceedings (provided post-event). Registration to the conference includes participation with coffee and lunch and also includes a social event which will include dinner. Authors are required to register by 6th June 2025.

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one registration. Multiple papers from the same author(s) are subject each paper having a unique registration fee being paid.

Your registration and payment for participation is mandatory.

The conference programme is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are outlined below and are dependent upon cancellation date (this will be the date of receipt of your cancellation).

We are unable to provide refunds for author registrations	(Publication of paper is dependant upon registration)	No Refund
Delegate Registration Fees
Cancellation before 6th June 2026		€150 cancellation fee
Cancellation after 6th June 2026		No refund

Subsitution of Delegates

Substitution of delegates is allowed, but please notify the administration team.
