Registration Fees

All delegates will be entitled to admission to the conference on each of the days and will receive a printed copy of the conference proceedings (provided post-event). Registration to the conference includes participation with coffee and lunch and also includes a social event which will include dinner. Authors are required to register by 5th June 2026.

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one registration. Multiple papers from the same author(s) are subject each paper having a unique registration fee being paid.

Terms of participation and payment

Your registration and payment for participation is mandatory.

The conference programme is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are outlined below and are dependent upon cancellation date (this will be the date of receipt of your cancellation).

Substitution of Delegates

Substitution of delegates is allowed, but please notify the administration team via email.
